Where Bloggers Create 2012!

I would like to Welcome my friends, to the Where Bloggers Create blog party 2012!
It's my first time participating!
My space is growing this year because I'm in the planification of finishing the entire basement as part of my new business! You have to keep in mind that I'm settling in an unfinished space!!
I will give you just a sneak pick of what I have at the moment! I want to devise the basement in 4 sections,
my studio, crop and class, sitting and relaxing and finally the store area! Lot of work in progress!

Working area! Clean uhmmm! always working on a project or getting ready for a class!

Behind me I have shelf with some of my wood dress form stamps, a project made in Donna Downey's class and a picture of my Mom...
Some of my spools of treads, in a past life I was a fashion Designer!
I have ribbons in drawers like this one, only for the one in small quantities!
Part of my paper collections... Only a part....
I have 3 working stations in my studio, this is where I do stamping, embossing etc. the more messy stuff...

Ribbon display in the sitting area part of the basement
A mix of Vintage ribbons and some tulle
Beside the ribbon display I have this antique dresser with some old and new finds, a jar with mother of Pearl buttons an old doll, some old spools

Hum! Buttons....This the basket of not organize buttons...a task for later!

This one of my grand mother's feather hat, an old family photo album and some silk tread spools...
Part of the cropping/class area!

One of my ladies...yes i keep the Christmas balls in display just love the sparkles!
A small display of family heirlooms

First ever card class I taught at the Scrapbox our local Scrapbooking store!

Another card class with Magenta stamp with Tim's new distress makers and Utee!

Halloween corner! some of my projects!the tray was inspired by one of the Graphic 45 design team member! The witch is one I made, I love to work with porcelain heads and dress them up! I do Santa's and angels too...

Old/Vintage baby crib found outside, the doll belong to my aunt when she was a kid, the two others were my toys, the rabbit comes from the ex -Yugoslavia!

Now you are in the store corner....bibs for sale...

A little display..some dress forms for sale and some of the jars are filled with goodies for sale! yes if you zoom on it you will see I have to remove the Dollorama stickers on them...

Big Thank you for Karen Valentine for this fun adventure!

  5. hey, glad to see someone else didn't clean off their workspace. (I still haven't cleaned up mine even after taking the photos ... and ended up putting paper on top of something that needed to dry! Argh ... luckily realized it and wiped it all off before I ruined the paper. Maybe it is time to do a proper tidy...

  15. Hi Luce, Thank you very much for your sweet comment on my studio. I'm happy when I have inspired you.
You've got so many goodies to play with. Your students will have a lot of fun.
The white handles you have asked about were a flea market find from several years ago. Originally they were gold colored and I had painted them white. You can check the internet for similar ones. Match for "bin pulls" and you'll find that shape. Good luck!
    Have a wonderful week :-)!
    Hugs,
    Julia
